Registration Name
We issue unique personalized license keys for each customers. By default, the license key is generated with the buyer's name or credit card holder's name supplied in the order form. If you ordered a multi-user license and would like it to be registered under your organization or company's name, please be sure to supply the name via the order form or notify us immediately after you placed the order.
License Key Delivery
For each software license, a unique license key will be generated and sent via E-mail within 48-hour. The license key is used to activate (unlock) the current major version for your use of the software under the terms of End User License Agreement.
License Key Not Received?
To ensure that you receive all communications, please add 'wjjsoft.com' to your Safe Senders list. If you don't seem to receive any message from us, it might be worth to check the 'Bulk Mail' or 'Spam' folder, some email service providers will automatically file it in there; Otherwise please contact us, we'll be glad to help re-send your licensing information. If you'd like to update the user info database with your new address info for future communications, please feel free to submit it here.
Upgrade Policy
Our upgrade policy offers customers minor software updates of paid versions free of charge. If a newer major release is out in less than 12 months after your initial purchase, you're entitled to obtain the major version upgrade free of charge.
